Massages
Anti-stress, recovery, regeneration and other type of massages. Applied in the countryside or in the massage room. Service available from 9:00 am to 12:00 m and from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Manicure y pedicure are also available.

Aromatherapy
Aromas are some of the natural pleasures of life. Aromatherapy is a therapeutic discipline that makes good use of the properties of aromatic plants in the benefit of physical, emotional and spiritual health. This ancient science finds in nature the solution for many human discomforts , as well as the secrets of beauty and well being. Service available from 9:00 am to 12:00 m and from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.


Relaxation and Breathing
Breathing correctly is essential for successful relaxation and meditation. Sessions of breathing exercises, relaxation, visualization and meditation eliminate stress completely, and revitalize the body and spirit. Sessions are carried out in the open air, surrounded by a warm environment and the peaceful sounds of nature.
Service available from 8:00 am to 12:00 m.

Yoga and Tai Chi
Find the perfect balance between your body and mind. Two different oriental disciplines according to hosts abilities and willingness, at different hours:· Yoga Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.· Tai Chi Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Encounter with Silence
Surrounded by mountains and archaeological remains of the Inca culture, experiment the impressive feeling of silence. An inspiring experience that will revitalize you and will allow you to discover this invisible gift of nature.
Available every day, as from the second Tour day.

Bread Making Classes
In the town of Pisac, in an ancient bakery in which bread is prepared following the ancient Andean tradition, you will take part of the whole process of making true healthy, natural and millenary bread. Learn basic things such as the type of flour required to the obtaining of different varieties of bread and typical Cuzco "empanadas" (turnovers).

Peruvian Cooking Classes
It is a practical cooking school based on recipes of healthy typical dishes. Typical Peruvian dishes cooking classes: entrées, soups, main dishes and desserts. Experience is not required, only your willingness to take part of a culinary adventure submerged in typically Peruvian tastes and aromas.

Painting Classes
Experience is not required to take part in the painting classes. More than a course, it is a beautiful intimate experience. Eminently practical, it takes place in close contact with nature. The purpose is that you discover your own style and connect yourself with your inner world.

Lectures
Lectures are carried out at night and include a variety of issues: natural eating, how to combat stress, Andean cosmovision, Andean legends and myths, current ecology, Andean esoterism, and other health-related issues, folklore and thinking in ancient Peru.

Walks
The enter is surrounded with light-walk ways that go through the Inca ruins, small towns, hills, rivers, woods and crops. Beautiful landscapes that are ideal for making pictures. available every day.

Bicycle Rides
Group mountain bicycle rides escorted by an expert guide. Difficulty level determined by participants. Available every day, as from the Tour third day.

Horse Rides
Group horse rides through the Sacred Inca Valley escorted by an instructor. An incomparable experience.
Available three days a week.

Whitewater Rafting
Get on big inflatable rafts and go over the Vilcanota River flow; it is a beautiful and quiet trip with a little bit of adrenaline sometimes.
Available twice a week.
