You can buy your air tickets through Condor
Travel, the travel agency officially in charge of
the air transport of the Tour participants. Therefore,
please contact such Agency by email; they will send you
all the information on air flights, rates, offers and
ticket delivery according to your country of origin.

Booking
Policy
An down payment of US$500 is required per participant as Registration
Booking. Balance can be paid in two additional payments no
later than 30 days before the Tour begin, but it is also possible
to pay it simultaneously with the initial booking payment.
it is also possible to pay the total Tour registration: US$
3750, through bank deposit or wire transfer, no later than
one month before the Tour begin.
Cancellation
Policy
All cancellations are subject to a US$250 processing charge.
Down payments are refundable, except for the processing charge
applicable to cancellations, if cancellation request is received
by email or telephone 20 days before the date of arrival to
the city of Cuzco. If the request is received during the 19
days before the Tour begin, the down payment final balance
can be held for a future participation with one year validity.
If cancellation is made 24 hours or less before the tour begin,
the down payment will be considered lost. Down payments are
not refundable in case of early return to the country of origin.
